Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Microsomal long and very long chain fatty acid elongation uses malonyl-CoA as the 2-carbon donor and consists of four sequential reactions. GPSN2 catalyzes the final step, reducing trans-2,3-enoyl-CoA to saturated acyl-CoA. TER catalyzes the final step, reducing trans-2,3-enoyl-CoA to saturated acyl-CoA.
