Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The IL-1RAcP gene encodes a component of the interleukin-1 receptor complex, which initiates signaling events resulting in the activation of interleukin-1–responsive genes. Alternative splicing produces membrane-bound and soluble isoforms with differing C-termini. The ratio of soluble to membrane-bound forms increases during acute-phase induction or stress.
