Target Information
ETS variant 5 (ETV5)는 ETS family에 속하는 전사인자로, winged helix-turn-helix 초과가족의 변형된 구성원입니다. 뇌, 태반 및 다양한 발달 관련 조직에서 발현되며, 조직 특이성은 광범위합니다.
ERM은 Sertoli 세포와 정원줄기세포(SSCs)에서 발현됩니다. Knockout 마우스 연구 결과, SSC의 자기 재생에는 필수적이나 분화에는 관여하지 않으며, 결핍된 마우스는 점진적인 생식세포 소실을 나타냅니다.
