Product Specific Information
The R1-12D10 monoclonal antibody recognizes rat IgG1 antibodies and is used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy.
It does not cross-react with other rat isotypes or mouse IgG1.
Tested for flow cytometric analysis of cells stained with a rat IgG1 primary antibody.
Recommended usage: ≤ 0.25 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
Cell number can range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test and should be titrated for optimal performance.
Excitation: 633–647 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Red Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
