Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa 범위의 분자량을 가지는 이황화 결합된 이합체(dimer)입니다. 여러 결합 조직과 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 단백질로 존재하며, 이황화 결합에 의해 고분자량 중합체를 형성합니다.
이 단백질은 배아 발생과 조직 재형성 과정에서 가장 풍부하며, 혈장 내에서는 가용성 형태로 높은 농도로 존재합니다. Fibronectin은 반복적인 모듈 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 다른 세포외기질 성분(예: collagen, heparin) 및 세포 표면 수용체(예: integrin)와 상호작용하는 도메인을 형성합니다.
세포 표면 및 세포외기질에서는 이합체 또는 다합체 형태로 존재하며, 세포 접착 및 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어, 암 전이 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다.
Fibronectin은 특히 비소세포 폐암에서 발현이 증가하며, 암세포의 부착 및 항암제 저항성에 영향을 미칩니다. 이 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 최대 20가지 전사체 변이를 생성할 수 있습니다.
