Target Information
Beta actin은 여섯 가지 액틴 아이소폼 중 하나로, 모든 인간 세포에서 발현되는 비근육성 세포골격 단백질입니다. 세포 이동성, 구조, 안정성에 관여하며, 대부분의 세포에서 γ-actin과 함께 존재합니다.
G-actin의 중합은 이중 나선 구조의 F-actin을 형성하며, 액틴 단백질은 세포골격 유지에 필수적입니다.
Beta actin은 모든 진핵세포에 보편적으로 존재하므로 Western blotting 등의 단백질 검출 실험에서 로딩 컨트롤로 자주 사용됩니다.
