Target Information

OTUD7B acts as a negative regulator of the non-canonical NF-kappa-B pathway by mediating deubiquitination of TRAF3, preventing its degradation and overactivation of NF-kappa-B signaling. It regulates B-cell and T-cell responses, mucosal immunity, and deubiquitinates key signaling molecules such as ZAP70 and EGFR.
OTUD7B exhibits deubiquitinating activity toward Lys-11, Lys-48, and Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains, with higher catalytic activity for Lys-11-linked chains.
