Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step.
Recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
OXSR1 (Oxidative Stress Responsive 1) serine/threonine kinase is activated by osmotic stress and regulates downstream kinases such as PAK1 to initiate cellular stress responses.
OXSR1 can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during DNA damage and may play a role in actin cytoskeleton regulation.
