- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris / 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, B7-H1)는 B7 패밀리의 구성원으로, PD-1 수용체에 결합하여 T세포 수용체(TCR) 신호를 음성 조절합니다. PD-L1 결합 시 TCR 매개 증식 및 사이토카인 생산이 감소하며, 다양한 종양 세포에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. IFN-γ 자극 시 발현이 증가하며, 종양의 면역 회피에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
