Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CD39 and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCD39L2, rhCD39L3, and recombinant mouse CD39L3.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CD39 cell surface antigen is a 70–100 kD molecule expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, T cell clones, and weakly on granulocytes.
It has intrinsic ecto-ATPase activity. Expression of CD39 is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen.
