This antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
RIPK3 is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases, characterized by a unique C-terminal domain. It is predominantly localized in the cytoplasm and mitochondria, capable of nucleocytoplasmic shuttling via nuclear localization and export signals. RIPK3 participates in the TNF receptor-I signaling complex, inducing apoptosis and weakly activating NF-κB. Caspase-8 prevents RIPK3-dependent necrosis by forming a proteolytically active complex with CFLAR, essential for its protective function.
