Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ENPP7 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
ENPP7 converts sphingomyelin to ceramide and also exhibits phospholipase C activity toward palmitoyl lyso-phosphocholine.
ENPP7 does not appear to have nucleotide pyrophosphatase activity.
