This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
NTRK1 (TrkA) is a member of the neurotrophic factor family, essential for development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system. TrkA acts as a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and MAPK pathway members.
Its presence induces cell differentiation and may determine sensory neuron subtypes.
Mutations in TrkA are associated with congenital insensitivity to pain, anhidrosis, self-mutilating behavior, mental retardation, and cancer.
