Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Prolyl hydroxylase domain proteins (HIF PHD1, PHD2, PHD3) hydroxylate HIF-alpha subunits, which are transcriptional regulators involved in oxygen homeostasis.
HIF PHD1, encoded by EGLN2 (chromosome 19q13.3), acts as a cellular oxygen sensor and plays a role in cell growth regulation. It is highly expressed in testis and detected in hormone-responsive tissues such as mammary, ovarian, and prostate epithelium.
