Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Blood-group antigens are molecules formed by sequential addition of saccharides to the carbohydrate side chains of lipids and proteins on erythrocytes and certain epithelial cells.
The A, B, and H antigens undergo modulation during malignant transformation. Blood group-related antigens are carbohydrate determinants carried on glycolipids and glycoproteins, often mucin-type, detected on erythrocytes, epithelial cells, and secretions.
Sixteen genetically and biosynthetically distinct but inter-related specificities belong to this group, including A, B, H, Lewis A, Lewis B, Lewis X, Lewis Y, and precursor type 1 chain antigens.
