Target Information
S1P1은 sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P)에 결합하는 G-단백질 연결 수용체로, G(i) 단백질과 결합하여 RAC1, SRC, PTK2/FAK1, MAP kinase 등의 신호 경로를 활성화합니다.
이 수용체는 세포 이동, actin 세포골격 재구성, lamellipodia 형성에 중요한 역할을 하며, sphingosine kinase SPHK1 활성 증가에 반응합니다.
S1P1은 정상적인 sphingosine 1-phosphate에 대한 화학주성, 배아 심장 발달 및 심장 형태 형성에 필수적입니다.
