Urotensin-II receptor는 심장과 췌장에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 동맥 및 평활근에서도 관찰됩니다. 뇌에서는 시상(thalamus)과 상후두회(superior occipital gyrus)에서 낮은 수준의 전사체가 확인되었습니다.
