Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies는 mouse immunoglobulins에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출·정렬·정제에 유용합니다.
Secondary antibody는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능하며, 여러 2차 항체가 단일 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 대상 종의 immunoglobulin 혼합물로 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 추가 정제 및 변형(immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation 등)을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖는 시약으로 개발됩니다.
