Target Information
The ILKAP gene encodes a protein serine/threonine phosphatase of the PP2C family. This protein interacts with integrin-linked kinase (ILK/ILK1), a regulator of integrin-mediated signaling, and modulates ILK kinase activity. Through ILK interaction, ILKAP may influence GSK3β signaling and participate in the Wnt signaling pathway.
