This antibody detects endogenous levels of YY1 only when phosphorylated at Ser365.
Target Information
YY1 is a ubiquitously distributed transcription factor belonging to the GLI-Kruppel class of zinc finger proteins. It plays roles in both repression and activation of various promoters. YY1 may recruit histone deacetylases or histone acetyltransferases to promoters, linking histone modification to transcriptional regulation.
