Target Information
OXSR1 (Oxidative Stress Responsive Kinase 1) is a serine/threonine kinase activated by osmotic stress. It regulates downstream kinases such as PAK1 to mediate cellular responses to environmental stress. OXSR1 can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during DNA damage response and may play a role in actin cytoskeleton regulation.
