Target Information
NIT1은 세포 성장과 apoptosis에 관여하며, 발현 손실 시 세포 성장 및 DNA 손상 저항성을 증가시킵니다. 암세포에서 FHIT의 종양 억제 활성과 더불어 apoptosis 반응성을 강화하는 종양 억제 특성을 가집니다. 또한 T 세포의 음성 조절자로 작용하며, NIT2와 달리 omega-amidase 활성이 없습니다.
