Target Information
BCLAF1은 세포 내에서 생존 유전자의 전사를 억제하는 사멸 촉진 전사 억제 인자로, BCL2 family 단백질들과 상호작용합니다. 기본 leucine zipper (bZIP) 및 MYB DNA 결합 도메인과의 상동성을 가지며, 세포 사멸 시 핵 내 점상 구조로 재배치됩니다. 과발현 시 apoptosis를 유도하며, BCL2 단백질의 공동발현으로 억제될 수 있습니다. 또한 BTF로도 알려져 있으며, STI571 저항성을 극복하는 데 도움이 되는 proapoptotic 신호를 유발할 수 있습니다. 주로 골격근에서 발현됩니다.
