Target Information
NELFB is a subunit of the negative elongation factor (NELF) complex, which includes NELFA (WHSC2), either NELFC or NELFD (TH1L), and NELFE (RDBP). This complex, along with the heterodimer of SPT4 (SUPT4H1), contributes to transcriptional pausing of RNA polymerase II (Narita et al., 2003).
