이 단백질들은 호르몬 반응성 유방 종양의 분자 마커 및 잠재적 치료 표적으로 연구되고 있습니다.
AGR2는 전립선암, 유방암, 폐암, 신장암, 자궁내막암 등에서 발현이 증가하며, 에스트로겐 수용체(ER)와 양의 상관관계를, 상피 성장 인자 수용체(EGFR)와 음의 상관관계를 보입니다.
