- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ADAMTS4 and ADAMTS15 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with ADAMTSL1.2, ADAMTSL2, ADAMTS5, ADAMTS8, ADAMTS10, ADAMTS12, ADAMTS13, and ADAMTS16 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

ADAMTS-1은 ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motif) 단백질 계열에 속합니다.
이 계열의 단백질들은 propeptide 영역, metalloproteinase 도메인, disintegrin-like 도메인, thrombospondin type 1 (TS) 모티프를 포함합니다.
ADAMTS-1은 두 개의 disintegrin loop와 세 개의 C-terminal TS 모티프를 가지며, 항혈관신생(anti-angiogenic) 활성을 나타냅니다.
이 유전자의 발현은 염증 반응 및 암 악액질(cancer cachexia)과 관련될 수 있으며, 정상적인 성장, 생식력, 기관 형태 및 기능 유지에 필수적일 가능성이 있습니다.
