Target Information
FBXL11은 약 40개의 아미노산으로 구성된 F-box 모티프를 특징으로 하는 F-box 단백질 패밀리의 구성원입니다. F-box 단백질은 SKP1-cullin-F-box로 불리는 유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제 복합체의 네 개 서브유닛 중 하나를 구성합니다.
F-box 단백질은 다음 세 가지 클래스로 구분됩니다:
- Fbws: WD-40 도메인을 포함
- Fbls: leucine-rich repeats를 포함
- Fbxs: 다른 단백질-단백질 상호작용 모듈을 포함하거나 명확한 모티프가 없는 경우
FBXL11은 Fbls 클래스에 속하며, F-box 외에도 최소 6개의 고도로 변형된 leucine-rich repeats를 포함합니다.
