Target Information

FABP4는 지방산 결합 단백질(FABP) 패밀리에 속하며, 다양한 세포 경로에서 지방산과 기타 지질의 수송에 관여합니다.
FABP4는 지방세포(adipocytes), 대식세포(macrophages), 단핵구 유래 수지상세포(monocyte-derived dendritic cells), 그리고 근상피세포(myoepithelial cells)에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 장쇄 지방산과 레티노산(retinoic acid)을 핵 내의 수용체로 전달하는 역할을 합니다.
