Applications Reported: Suitable for immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated; use 5 µL (1 µg) per test (100 µL final volume).
- Recommended cell count: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in the adaptive immune response.
It consists of two heavy and two light chains and is involved in:
