Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in the adaptive immune response.
It consists of two heavy and two light chains and is involved in:

• Opsonization
• Complement activation
• Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity
• Regulation of immune responses, including T cell activation and B cell inhibition
