This antibody detects endogenous levels of total Thymosin beta 10 protein.
Target Information
Thymosin beta 10 plays an important role in cytoskeleton organization. It binds to and sequesters actin monomers (G-actin), thereby inhibiting actin polymerization. Expression decreases dramatically after birth and is highly expressed in human fetal brain.
