Target Information
Neuritin은 신경 분화 및 성숙 과정에서 발현되는 단백질로, 성인 신경계의 가소성과 관련된 구조에서도 발견됩니다. 신경 활동 및 신경영양인자에 의해 발현이 유도되며, GPI-anchored 단백질에서 발견되는 절단 신호를 포함합니다. Neuritin은 신경돌기 성장과 가지 형성을 촉진하여 신경형성에 기여하며, 과발현 시 성상세포종 진행과 연관될 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변형이 존재합니다. NRN1은 Severe Congenital Neutropenia 8 및 Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type III와 관련이 있습니다.
