Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAGEB2 belongs to the MAGEB gene family, whose members have coding sequences located in the last exon and exhibit 50–68% sequence identity. Variability in promoters and first exons suggests diverse transcriptional control mechanisms.
This gene is located in the DSS (dosage-sensitive sex reversal) region and is expressed in testis, placenta, and various tumor types. MAGEB genes are clustered on chromosome Xp22–p21.
