Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Target Information
RALBP1 specifically activates hydrolysis of GTP bound to RAC1 and CDC42, but not RALA. It mediates ATP-dependent transport of S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione (DNP-SG) and doxorubicin (DOX), functioning as the major ATP-dependent transporter of glutathione conjugates and DOX in erythrocytes. RALBP1 acts as a scaffold protein linking endocytotic complex proteins during interphase and interacts with CDC2 to regulate endocytosis. One of its substrates includes EPN1/Epsin.
