이 염소 유래 항-마우스 IgG 다클론 항체는 마우스 IgG의 heavy 및 light chain과 반응하며, 인간, 랫, 소, 염소, 햄스터, 토끼 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다. IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3 및 일부 IgM과 반응합니다. Fc 영역이 제거된 F(ab`)2 단편 형태로, Fc 매개 결합 문제를 줄입니다.

각 제품에는 NovaFluor 결합 항체 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial이 포함되어 있습니다.

  • Flow cytometry: ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)는 NovaFluor 결합 항체 사용 시 필수적이며, 항체 칵테일에 샘플당 5 µL를 첨가해야 최적의 염색 결과를 얻을 수 있습니다.

NovaFluor Conjugates는 Phiton™ 기술 기반으로, 스펙트럼 간 간섭(spillover)과 신호 확산(spread)을 최소화한 형광 구조를 제공합니다.
