FAQs

The protein solution does not flow through the column

• Centrifugation speed too low:
  1,000 × g (midi, maxi) 또는 3,300 × g (micro) 이상 필요
• Inadequate spin time:
  추가로 3분(midi, maxi) 또는 1분(micro) 더 스핀

Poor protein recovery

• pH 조정 오류:
  시료를 pH 3.5–4로 조정 후 컬럼에 로딩
• 시료 부피 부족:
  Micro 1 mL, Midi 5 mL, Maxi 20 mL 로딩 필요

Eluted protein degraded

• 단백질 중화제 미첨가 또는 지연:
