Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 경우, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 열처리 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각이 필요합니다.
Target Information
MHC class II 분자는 α chain (36 kDa)과 β chain (27 kDa)으로 구성된 막관통 당단백질입니다. 주로 항원제시세포(B 림프구, 단핵구, 대식세포, 흉선 상피세포, 활성화된 T 림프구)에 발현됩니다.
DR, DQ, DP의 세 유전좌가 인간 class II 영역의 주요 발현 산물을 암호화합니다.
MHC class II 분자는 세포 내에서 처리된 펩타이드를 결합하여 T-helper 세포에 제시함으로써 면역 반응 개시에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 Immunopeptidomics 연구에서 neoantigen 식별 및 특성화에 중요한 역할을 하며, LC-MS/MS 분석에 활용됩니다.
