For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIN7B plays a role in establishing and maintaining asymmetric distribution of channels and receptors at the plasma membrane of polarized cells. It forms membrane-associated multiprotein complexes that regulate delivery and recycling of proteins to correct membrane domains. The tripartite complex (LIN7, CASK, APBA1) may couple synaptic vesicle exocytosis to cell adhesion in the brain.
LIN7B ensures proper localization of GRIN2B to neuronal postsynaptic density and assists in localizing synaptic vesicles at synapses. It is required for basolateral membrane localization of Kir2 channels, GABA transporter (SLC6A12), and EGFR/ERBB family members. Additionally, it may enhance ACCN3 acid-evoked currents by stabilizing channels at the cell surface.
