Target Information
CNOT3는 CCR4-NOT 복합체의 구성 요소로, 주요 세포 내 mRNA deadenylase 중 하나입니다. 이 복합체는 mRNA 분해, miRNA 매개 억제, 번역 개시 억제 및 전사 조절과 같은 다양한 세포 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 대사 조절 및 에너지 대사 관련 mRNA의 deadenylation 표적에 CCR4-NOT 복합체를 모집하는 데 관여할 수 있습니다.
CNOT3는 유사분열 진행과 방추체 조립 점검의 조절에 관여하며, MAD1L1 mRNA 안정성을 조절합니다. 전사를 억제할 수 있으며, CCR4-NOT 복합체를 전사 조절과 연결할 수 있습니다. 이 억제 기능은 히스톤 탈아세틸화효소를 포함할 수 있습니다. 또한 배아줄기세포(ES cell)의 정체성 유지에 관여합니다.
