Target Information
ADRBK2 (adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2), also known as GRK3, is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function. It shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, and 95% similarity in the protein kinase catalytic domain. ADRBK2 mRNA is approximately 8 kb, with a distribution similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases broadly involved in receptor regulation.
