Target Information
E2F 전사 인자들은 Rb p110, p107, p130과의 결합을 통해 기능적으로 조절됩니다. E2F-4는 Rb p110과의 복합체 형성에 의해 조절되며, E2F 계열 단백질은 DP 계열 폴리펩타이드와 이합체를 이루어 DNA에 결합합니다. 차등적인 인산화는 E2F-4의 미세 이질성을 유발하며, 전체 아미노산 길이는 411–416으로 삼핵산 반복에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.
