Target Information
LRRC25는 RLR 매개 type I interferon 신호전달 경로를 억제하는 역할을 하며, DDX58/RIG-I의 자가포식 분해를 유도합니다. ISG15이 결합된 DDX58과 상호작용하여, DDX58과 자가포식 수용체 p62/SQSTM1의 결합을 촉진함으로써 선택적 자가포식을 통해 DDX58을 분해합니다 (PubMed:29288164). 또한 p65/RELA의 분해를 촉진하여 NF-kappa-B 신호전달 및 염증 반응 억제에도 관여합니다. [UniProt]
