PA5-33180 is suitable for use as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of mouse monoclonals of isotype IgG1 in human tissues in a dual labelling technique using FITC and R-Phycoerythrin fluorochromes. This antibody contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated Mouse IgG1 RPE-conjugated Mouse IgG1.

Reconstitute with 0.5 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4ºC in the dark.

For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response. Mouse IgG1 is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation. Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry.
