Product Specific Information
Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
This affinity purified antibody is directed against mouse Rif1 protein. A BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with this protein from mouse based on 100% homology for the immunogen sequence. Cross-reactivity is expected with Rif1 from human, chimpanzee, rat, and dog (92% homology).
Databases confirm that the immunogen sequence represents the C-terminal end of mouse Rif1 (534 aa, 58.1 kDa), mouse telomere-associated protein RIF1 (2418 aa, 265.7 kDa), and mouse Rap1-interacting factor 1 (2426 aa, 267.1 kDa).
