The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
HAUS6 is one of eight subunits of the 390-kDa human augmin (HAUS) complex. The augmin complex, first identified in Drosophila, derives its name from the Latin verb augmentare (“to increase”). It is a microtubule-binding complex involved in microtubule generation within the mitotic spindle and plays a vital role in spindle assembly (Goshima et al., 2008; Uehara et al., 2009).
