Recombinant mouse monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These antibodies are generated from specific genes coding for desired antibodies, cloned into expression vectors, and expressed in vitro.

Target Information
CD127 (Interleukin-7 receptor, IL-7Rα) is a glycoprotein involved in lymphopoiesis regulation. The active IL7R receptor is an alpha/gamma chain heterodimer.
- Gamma(c) chain: activates signal transduction by the IL7R complex
- Alpha chain: determines specific signaling events
CD127 promotes proliferation of precursor B cells, thymocytes, T cell progenitors, and mature CD4+ and CD8+ T cells.
Dysfunction of CD127 is associated with severe combined immunodeficiency and T cell negative/B cell negative/NK positive severe combined immunodeficiency.
