Target Information
Strep-tag II는 8개의 아미노산(Trp-Ser-His-Pro-Gln-Phe-Glu-Lys)으로 구성된 최소 펩타이드 서열로, 스트렙타비딘에 대한 고유한 결합 친화성을 갖습니다. 이 태그는 재조합 단백질의 N- 또는 C-말단에 부착될 수 있으며, 스트렙타비딘 친화 컬럼을 이용한 단순한 단백질 정제를 가능하게 합니다. 원래 Strep-tag은 9개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있었으나, N-말단 부착을 허용하기 위해 재설계되어 Strep-tag II로 명명되었습니다.
