Target Information
PDE2A (phosphodiesterase 2A)는 100 kD의 cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase(PDE)로, PDE2A1, PDE2A2, PDE2A3 세 가지 isoform이 단일 유전자의 alternative splicing으로 생성됩니다. PDE2A는 cAMP와 cGMP를 모두 분해하지만 cGMP를 더 효율적으로 분해합니다. 주로 뇌(소뇌 및 신피질)에 높은 발현을 보이며, 음경 발기 기능 장애 및 내피세포 장벽을 통한 체액 및 염증세포 이동 조절에 관련이 있습니다.
