Product Specific Information
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Rat CD61 antibody, clone F11 recognizes the rat CD61 cell surface antigen, also known as the integrin β3 chain.
Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거대핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질입니다.
이 항원은 혈소판 응집에 관여하며, 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, 폰 빌레브란트 인자(von Willebrand factor), 비트로넥틴(vitronectin) 등의 수용체로 작용합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, 세포 표면에서 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합합니다.
혈소판과 거대핵세포에서는 CD41과, 내피세포, 단핵구, 파골세포 등에서는 CD51과 함께 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착 및 세포 표면 매개 신호전달에 관여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 출혈장애와 같은 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
