Target Information
RUVBL2는 단일가닥 DNA 자극 ATPase 및 ATP 의존적 DNA helicase (5'→3') 활성을 가지며, NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex의 구성 요소입니다. NuA4 복합체는 히스톤 H4 및 H2A의 아세틸화에 의해 특정 유전자의 전사 활성화를 조절합니다. 이 복합체는 암유전자 또는 종양억제유전자 관련 전사 프로그램, 세포 노화, 세포사멸, DNA 수리 과정에 관여할 수 있습니다. RUVBL2는 MYC에 의한 종양 변환에 필수적이며, LEF1/TCF1-CTNNB1 복합체의 전사 활성화 조절에도 관여합니다. 또한 ATF2의 전사 활성 억제 기능을 가질 수 있습니다.
