This antibody is cross-adsorbed and exhibits minimum reactivity to chicken, horse, human, mouse and rat.
Target Information
Anti-Sheep secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and exhibit well-characterized specificity for ovine (sheep) immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
